Collaborations include the likes of Tiffany and Co, Dior, Christian Louboutin, Style Rocks, The Langham Hotel, Lexus, Mimco, Samantha Wills, Sony, West Elm, Williams Sonoma, Bulla Family Dairy, Innocent Bystander, Facebook and many more.
2018 has already been a huge year. Collaborations with My Little Pony, Blushing Confetti - a dessert journal release, Sugar Republic,
Le Cordon Bleu Australia and featuring on TV 'My Market Kitchen' are just a few of the big projects Caroline has been working on. Recipe development with Mr Black and Olivia Burton London have also been in the mix along with online LIVE classes where Caroline has been teaching on platform If I Made.
In May 2017, Caroline released her first book "I'm Just Here For Dessert" which has currently been sold in over 30 countries, sold out and went into reprint. In November 2017 Caroline worked on the creative dessert direction for Lexus at the Melbourne Cup in conjunction with The Big Group. This was a huge success, featured in many well repsected magazines like Vogue Living and The Collective. In addition to online print, Caroline's work has been celebrated on TV news and radio. Caroline has shared her journeey on Business IQ News and presented many live news interviews.
A POP UP cart was presented with n & s first ice-cream development collaboration with Bulla Family Dairy-- CHAMPAGNE flavour and was a huge success.
