It's always nice to start the day with something pretty and fresh to eat. Usually my mornings are manic in the studio but I always aim to prepare something nourishing at the beginning of the day.
I like to use to Nutri Bullet machine, it is a really clean and simple way to get your smoothie bowls made plus it keeps all the vitamins and fibres from the fruit and vegetables.
You will need:
half a punnet raspberries
200ml soy milk
1/2 - 1 cup natural or soy yoghurt
Blitz it all up till smooth - less than a minute
For a pretty garnish
1 -2 strawberries sliced
a handful of rolled oats / granola
a drizzle of honey - optional
1 tsp of beetroot powder
1 slice of pink grapefruit - orange works well too
